Remembering Paris

C'est La vie en rose...
It appears to be the most impressionistic, in flavor,
of all my details to date. What Do You See?
My focus and impression is on the sunlit cheek of a once elegant white-haired
woman in purple feathered chapeau, head slightly bent,

reflecting on images surrounding her life and times in Paris
years gone by.

I also see a piece of added amusement:
the painter in white smock at center bottom,

fully bearded, facing right (I chuckled).

Childhood Dreams

Thank Goodness for 2011 and all the new energies..... This image is for Marisa who celebrated her 15th birthday in October; which gave me the idea to channel an acrylic for someone other than me! The original is far from colorful, but once it's digitally documented and studied, I find all sorts of imagery appear on my monitor.
